Blessings from the Pope! Castel St Angelo & Climbing St Peter's Basilica!


So a couple of times a month the Pope will bless different schools, organizations, communities, or visitors at this ceremony! They read a scripture in every language being represented and then the Pope blesses us in Latin. It was a very cool experience and we got to see the Pope up close! Craziness!

on Thursday for our art class we went to Castel San Angelo and when our teacher wasn't feeling well she let out class early so we went inside and explored!

after the castle a couple of us wanted to climb to the TOP OF ST PETERS BASILICA 
before class. honestly such a great time. A LOT of stairs but totally worth the view!
